Still no luck with this and I am getting a bit frustrated. I have a web application that is accessing all my reports via a webservice. I have a couple long running reports that we want our users to be able to run deferred. That is all good, except I wanted to design a final tab to allow them to view and delete their deferred reports. The webservice allows you to retrieve the status on your reports, however, it falls short on viewing and deleting becasue the Mr_cookie does not persist to access the report with out having to signin to MR again. Seems yall have locked down MR security so tight on deferred reports and not followed thru all the way on it that I am just stuck. I tried accesssing directly via servlet call, but get stuck on the MR logon and still can't set teh anonymous and other setting in site.wfs to bypass. Tech support tried helping, but we came to a road block and was told there wouldn't be an upgrade unitl JUly which I cannot wait for. Any help from anyone else????This message has been edited. There are several postings on FocalPoint related to Self-service Deferred Reports, try using Google to search FocalPoint, but it doesn't look good: running deferred reports in a self service app Francis  Give me code, or give me retirement. FYI, The URL call to return the MRE deferred list in XML is: http://{server}/ibi_apps/WFServlet?IBIMR_action=MR_DEFER&IBIMR_sub_action=MR_DEFER_CONTROL&IBIMR_returntype=XML&IBIMR_random={random}In the returned xml document are link to the usual buttons on the deferred list page. Waz...

Waz, That is what I am doing. That is not the issue. The issue is trying to access the deferred reports without getting re-challenged to enter in the MR id/password!!! Version: 8.0.0.6 Windows platform All output formats will probably be used. | |||
