Is this half-baked?

- In a static Data type, you cannot set the minimum to a number less than zero.

- There's no explanation in the manual about what it means to set the Data type to dynamic. I tried this and the results are less than spectacular. I can now get negative values in the slider, as you slide the different values generated by the dynamic focexec code are shown, but if you type in the editable box, the value you type is replaced by the first existing value.

I did search Focal Point for "slider" and the only relevant result was an unanswered question from May 24, 2007 by Regan McCracken and that was for v7.6.1!

Documentation says "Click and drag the crosshair to create a slider control, and adjust it to the size you want", but adjusting the size only changes the size of the container, not the slider.

You can click the slider itself within the container.

What bothers me is that you can re-size the slider bar any way you want but the tiny buttons do not move with it so you'll have to re-position them manually ... same with the enclosing container and the attached text control.

Well, at least this time you can't complain about not having full control Music
