Microsoft CRM
We are installing the latest Microsoft CRM version and we want to build reports on the database (msSQL 2005)
Has anybody done this before, is there somewhere information available on that database structure?

Hi Frank,
You might want to ask this under the iWay section and find out if theres an adaptor available.

I think there is an adapter, but I will try to build my own reports instead of using the predefined reports from Bill, and I want to combine that info with transaction based info from other databases.

Connect from webfocus with CRM MSSQL2005 database using MS SQL Server adapter and find the right adapter to connect with " other databases" , add new synonyms and build your reports.
To see more easy the tables from CRM install SQL Server Management Studio Express is free.

Valixx,

Thanks for the info on SQL Server Management Studio Express. Do you know if it can access SQL Server 2000 databases?

Regards.

Francis
