In our current environment (WF 7.6.2/SQL Serv. 2005), Active Reports (AHTML) does not print more than 10 rows. Is there a configuration change to be made to make it print all rows on the page? Any work around?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions. This message has been edited. Last edited by: <Kathryn Henning>,
Thanks for the input Franc and GinnyJakes. Sorry I didn't put my question in detail.
Here is the acutal problem - The Active report displays the default number or rows (which I think is approx. 50+ rows) per page in Internet Explorer. But, when we try to print from Internet Explorer it only prints 10 or sometimes less (yep! its got its own mind!) rows of the first page.
And the other thing I just noticed is if the same report is run in FireFox I am able to print all the rows on the page!!! Interesting!.
Appreciate your input. Thanks. This message has been edited. Last edited by: BIGuru,

I cant believe no one has answered this by now. I opened a case with IBI and got the correct answer:
The Active HTML reports have a Print option that is available in the Active Report menu. This option allows you to print all records. To use the Active Report Print option, simply select the Print -> All records from the Active menu at the top of each column.
The Active PDF report does not have this option and is a documented limitation: Ref.: Active Technologies User's Guide http://ecl.informationbuilders....jsp?DN=4501006.0713 Chap.6 Working With Active Technologies Reports for Adobe Flash Player p. 181 Active Technologies Report Integration With Adobe Flash Player
The following HTML active report functionality is not available when you use Adobe Flash Player: printing, the value selection dialog box when filtering multiple values, the Grid Tool, tab window navigation, comments, saving, exporting, and sending active reports.
Sweet! This looks like 'printer-friendly' functionality, that you will see on many web pages. Using this option I see a new web page, consisting of the Active Report data formatted for printing.
