I need to set some global variables that should be active when any report in a specific domain is run. I thought I could do this by adding a Domain Profile fex, but it looks like this Domain Profile fex does not get executed - the global variables are never created.

How does one ensure that the Domain Profile fex is run?

Yes Sir! We normally execute security fex's from there, but, you can also do other things. I can't find all the site.wfs doc's, or, where this is documented, maybe someone else knows where they are??? I'm at a client right now...

Anyone?

Now I remember: _site_profile = -INCLUDE get_domain.fex\n

In get_domain.fex:

-IF &&IBIMR_domain NE 'DOMAIN1' GOTO EOJ;
-SET &&GLOBAL1 = 'GLOBAL1';
-SET &&GLOBAL2 = 'GLOBAL2';
-EOJ

or something line that...

Never mind _site_profile, that's executed on the Reporting Server.

Try this in site.wfs:
  
<if> IBIMR_domain EQ "Mariani"
GLOBAL1 = GLOBAL1;
GLOBAL2 = GLOBAL2;
GLOBAL3 = 'GLOBAL3';
<set> GLOBAL1 (pass)
<set> GLOBAL2 (pass)
