I need to create or load a Pivot Table from within a spreadsheet created by an Excel Template. I alway get the message that the data range cannot be found. Any suggestion? We are in the process of converting to 7.7.02 from 7.6.5. Any help will be welcome.

Checked with our technicals and was suggested: it is not clear if you are having a problem reading an excel file or creating it, so you may want to open a case with Customer Support Services for assistance. The phone number is 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.

If it is an issue creating, you might try adding the SET WEBARCHIVE=ON command, which ensures that the WebFOCUS Reporting Server creates a single output file rather than a main file and a cache file.
