Can someone validate my basic assumptions?

1. I can’t overlay a sheet that contains formulas in cells, - looks like I get a “No Query Decode” message.
2. I can’t overlay a sheet that is already formatted, my output will overwrite the sheet and the formatting will be gone.
3. I can use a data sheet and use a macro to populate a sheet that is already formatted the way the user wants.
a. But I have to make a security change in my local Excel to allow Macros.

Basically my conclusion is I have to have a "data" sheet for Webfocus to output to and use formulas or macros to format after the fact. Is that fair to state?

Thanks,

Matt
