Hi We have two hold files (which are achieved from the match) for two types of customers in the report. We used html form to display the output. The customers are displayed one below the other in the output. Individual hold files have column totals displayed. We would like to display the grand totals from totals in hold files.
We have worked with "MORE" command, but did not end up with required output
Output is presently in the format One type of Customer from hold file NEWCUST column1 column2 column3 column4 custid1 custid2 . . . . . totalc2 totalc3 totalc4
Other type of Customer from hold file OLDCUST column1 column2 column3 column4 custidx custidy . . . . . totc2 totc3 totc4 We need to implement the Grand total which is the sum of values for both types of customers like
totalc2+totc2 totalc3+totc3 totalc4+totc4
Note: Column names in both types of customers are same
One of our internal consultants reviewed this topic and suggested that a case may be of better help. Or, please supply the hold files for us to take a look at.
