What could be causing this I have already went through the Report Caster Docs and everything is set up correctly; What does this error mean?

Make sure you distribution list is correct for the type of distribution you are trying to do. Looks like you are trying to send an email to televox.ftm

Could be a number of things:
Make sure your distribution method and output types are appropriate.
Make sure you have write access to create televox.ftm.
If distribution is by FTP, make sure you have ftp access setup up properly on the destination.
Make sure you don't just have ON TABLE HOLD in your fex - nothing would ever be sent back for distribution.

There's a few things to try--
