What is the best way to do this as there's probably more than one way. I want acculuated totals by Month for our fiscal year (OCT-SEP) and I want a row for every month even though sometimes there is no $ entered for the month for the service line. Accumulation starts over with new service line.

Assuming you have a record for each month:

However, it you are missing some months and you want to generate the missing ones, I suggest you look into McGuyver.
