Is it possible to have a TOC and accordian in the same report? My initial try, the TOC worked, and the columns have the "+" by them, but they don't work.

Tried this and indeed came up with much the same finding. In my test however I had only one record visible, whereas without the TOC there were 5 or 6 records with a plus sign in front of them.
I'd open a case with IBI for this, if I were you, to see if this is possible and/or supported at all.
