I have a date field in my MAS file that Webfocus automatically broke into multiple fields for me (RUN_DATE, YEAR RUNDATE, Month RUNDATE, quarter ETC). I chose the YYYY/MM and on all my pages it works fine. However, when i export to Excel, that date field comes over as 45221, if i format the excel cell to date, it changes it correctly, but why is it picking it up as.. text? Is there a way to force my HTML page to text? so when it exports, it see text as text and doesnt try to mess with a date that Excel might not recognize? the .quotedString did not work.
FYI, WF 8.2 was not compatible with Office 365, so i had to change the export type to ExcelR2, so it MIGHT be something with the export of ExcelR2.This message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,
