How do we figure out how to do a percentile in Webfocus that DOES NOT use the Normal Distribution function? We would like to mimic the Excel function: PERCENTILE(range, X percentile).

You would probably have to create a specific UWS for this as I do not think that using a FUNCTION would be possible owing to the fact that you would need to pass an array with a variable number of members.
Check out something like wikipedia for a definition of PERCENTILE to identify what calulations you would require to achieve your required result.
