You probably get a warning popup message when trying to open a fex with AS that have comment lines inserted between code.
When you have comment lines "-*" within your code in a place that it "normally" shouldn't, when you answer "Continue" to the above popup, AppStudio will move them right below the TABLE FILE line after you apply a save. When you open the fex in text editor you will find the comment lines moved but not possible to see them with AS.

Ok that's sadfully not what I was asking. I can't imagine, that I find the Information about how I created my Report (I want with Inforassist) is stored in the reporting object or synonym, but if that is the case, could you show me an example? Or describe where to find that Information? And I know that I can't open my Report in IA anymore when I was writing -* but that's not the Point. I wanted to know where the excluded filters (where-clauses) go in my code, when I exclude them, beacuase they are just not visible anymore.
How are you creating your report in IA? Please provide specific details as it will identify the underlying location(s) where your filters are being considered.
For instance,
within IA, right click on a "reporting object"
within IA, right click select new report, choose synonym.
something else

I create any Report with IA, then I create a filter, like "where whatever gt whatever" then I right click on that filter and choose "exclude". The filter is not deleted, it's just not visible anymore and that's the Point: it's not deleted -> there Need to be a hint in the code, where the excluded filter went. And that's all I want to know.
I think it goes into that encrypted section that's marked with -INTERNAL_COMMENT LINE# in the top of the fex but it's not something you can interrogate or manipulate.

Thanks, with that then I would concur with Babak as it seems the likeliest scenario - but I do not know for sure.
Why I was asking about reporting object and synonym filters was because the filters get included in a different manner. Without a specific situation it was not easy to refine an answer.
