Does anyone know where this is stored? I know in 7.x, there is a wfscom.xml file. I've looked in the registry, scanned my disk for my host name, nothing, nada.
When you set up access to WebFOCUS environments, your settings will be available when you restart or even reinstall Developer Studio. The file that stores WebFOCUS environment information varies depending on Windows release. For most Windows releases it is stored in:
drive:\Documents and Settings\user_id\Application Data\Information Builders\wfscom.wfs where:
user_id
Is your logged on Windows ID.
Note:
The wfscom.wfs file may be hidden by your operating system depending on your folder or file options.
User IDs and passwords stored in wfscom.wfs are encrypted to keep them confidential.
WebFOCUS environment properties apply to your current Developer Studio configuration. It will not impact other users or the WebFOCUS configuration.
