I recently had a procedure that was run every month, and had always come under the "completed" section in the MRE, but recently another member of my team had modified the procedure and it seems to always be under the "Unknown" category when finished. Although the procedure seemed to work, I was curious as to why this could happen and if there was a way to reverse it?
It's been a while, but if I remember correctly, it had something to do with both sets of userids (MRE and Reporting Server). If one MRE account is used with multiple reporting server accounts, then the reports submitted by alternate RS accounts will come up as unknown. But, like I said, its been a while, so you might want to test this theory.
