I am trying to manually set the major grid step for the x axis so it does not look so cluttered. Managed to get some documentation on the graph API properties and found the above command to set the value.
The graph I am working on has 48 plot points on the x axis (one for every half hour of the day) and I would like the axis to show 2 grid steps (on every 12 o'clock).
The date format of the x axis is a date time stamp and I have used
setX1MajorGridStepAuto(false)
so the manual step should take effect but it doesn't.
Is it compatable with date/time. There does not seem to be anything in the help and I got the properties from the WebFOCUS Graphics (7.6) manual.
Many Thanks
