Hi,
Has anyone experienced an issue with Insight enabled report.

I am able to Run with > Insight and the report runs fine but I do not see "Bucket" or Option" shelf as described in documentation.

Is there a functionality that needs to be enabled by Admin?

What Gen of WebFOCUS are you running? Insight is a feature of 8203. Does this happen in other browsers?

As per documentation its part of WF8202 or higher.

I am able to see the option
Click Format > Run with > Insight

But when the report runs I don't see Insight "shelf".
I have tried in both IE and Chrome.

I just put this code into 8203 and opened in InfoAssist to turn on Insight and it shows the shelf.

Have you tried clearing browser cache? If that doesn't do it, you might want to open a case with IB tech support.

Thanks .. cleared browser didn't make a difference.

The code I posted was after I enabled "Insight" and saved the report.

Does it add extra piece of code for you to make it "Insight" enabled?

No there's no syntax associated with Insight. I think Run with Insight is in a hidden part of the fex up in the very top that gets stripped off when you Edit in Text Editor. So, I had to add it myself. But it doesn't make sense that you see the button but it doesn't run. Is your Reporting Server also an 8202M release?

Yes, reporting server is 8202M as well.
