We have a requirement to plot certain addresses (refer to as 'points') and then grab the ZIP codes within an XX mile radius around this point. The ZIP codes within this radius are then assigned to this point. Also, if certain ZIP codes overlap with different plot points, they would be assigned to the closest point.
Is this something that can be done with the mapping in WebFOCUS? From what I have searched, I couldn't find anything relating to this. This message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,

It can be done using App Studio's ESRI Map Objects in Composer. However, it's probably something you'd want to talk to IB Prof. Serv. about. It's not something you can figure out on your own very quickly. Here's where you can get a feel for what's involved. https://webfocusinfocenter.inf...ource/06WF_GIS47.htm

I got the following info from the product manager as well...
There are interactive selection tools in the HTML5 component in App Studio that would allow you to create a radius around a point and select from a zipcode layer all that intersect. We don’t have a tool that would allow to spatially join a zipcodes layer to a point layer.
Thank you for using Focal Point!
