probably need a full path, when a castered report is opened, it gets opened in, say, Outlook, which is not connected to your server, so the relative reference, '/images...', means nada to outlook. anytime you have, say, a drilldown, and the report is castered, you have to set the full url reference...(easy, when you're ready for that, come back); in this case, i don'tknow where your /images directory is, but then, neither does outlook...

Actually, that's a WebFOCUS graph template, not a web-stylesheet. That reference should not end up in the mail-client.
I think there is an error in your report or in your reportcaster setup somewhere preventing RC to find the template. Best to contact tech support for this, I think.
BTW, how do you know that "RC is dropping the style sheet"? Is the graph showing up with 'default' formatting or something?
