I have some charts that I am distributing via RC and it is dropping the style sheet from the chart. Any idea how I can get this to work?

It is being stored in the location as all the IBI standard style sheets.

ok, better put an explicit path statement in the top of the fex, or you might try adding the pathname/ right before the stylesheet name.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. We are fairly new to the product. This is what I see as far as the code for the path.

setTemplateFile("/images/tdg/template/ENgradient_combine.txt");

probably need a full path,
when a castered report is opened, it gets opened in, say, Outlook, which is not connected to your server, so the relative reference, '/images...', means nada to outlook.
anytime you have, say, a drilldown, and the report is castered, you have to set the full url reference...(easy, when you're ready for that, come back); in this case, i don'tknow where your /images directory is, but then, neither does outlook...

Actually, that's a WebFOCUS graph template, not a web-stylesheet. That reference should not end up in the mail-client.

I think there is an error in your report or in your reportcaster setup somewhere preventing RC to find the template.
Best to contact tech support for this, I think.

BTW, how do you know that "RC is dropping the style sheet"? Is the graph showing up with 'default' formatting or something?
