I'm afraid that I did not point out clear what I want. I have an external file (not created with WF) that I want to include in a reportcaster proces. I was trying to get that done and used that specific file as a test document. The file can be a Word document, a PDF or even a flat text file. I'm trying to find out where I should place the specific file and how I should put it in the reportcaster setup.
thanks anyway for your thinking...

Hi Frank, Ok. You must type the fully qualified path (for example, d:\reportcaster71\filename.doc) of the file. In addition, the file must be accessible to the ReportCaster Distribution Server. Hope this helps. Rich
