Hi All,

I want to know how to give permission to a user to access only to the Distribution list without the report?. Since this is a production environment, i do not want the users to see those reports. I want them to see only the DL(distribution list).

Earlier in webfocus 7 the users were able to see it, now the project was migrated from WF7 to WF8. How can i achieve this in WebFOCUS 8?.

Anyone can help on this and i am very new to Webfocus administration.

Environment : WebFOCUS 8008

Hi Suresh,

You could try placing the distribution list in a folder to which that user or group has access. The reports can be in another folder to which the user does not have access.
