Hi,
Is there a way to format the Y-axis with #.#%? I've gone through the docs, graph assist and advanced graph assist and I can see the notation in the code text but all I get is ##% without the decimal. Any clues?

Also for the x-axis the data is a date in the format 'YYM' as '201011' and the user wants to see '10-Nov' in the correct date order. I can get the '10-Nov' format but not the order. If I try a another sort field, NOPRINT, before this formatted one, to force the order then I get a 'merge' error:
(FOC32466) MERGE DIMENSIONS EXCEED THE NUMBER OF SORT FIELDS

Any help is most appreciated.
Thanks.

Does this give you what you need ?

DEFINE  FILE CAR
 PCTVAL/D6.2B = DECODE COUNTRY('ENGLAND' 5.5 'ITALY' -9.9 ELSE 0) ;
END
GRAPH   FILE CAR
 SUM
        PCTVAL
 BY COUNTRY
 ON GRAPH SET LOOKGRAPH VBAR
 ON GRAPH SET GRAPHEDIT SERVER
 ON GRAPH SET GRAPHSTYLE *
 setDataTextDisplay (true);
 setTextFormatPreset(getSeries(0),-1);
 setTextFormatPattern(getSeries(0),"#0.00'%';(#0.00'%)'");
 setTextFormatPreset (getY1Label(), -1);
 setTextFormatPattern (getY1Label(),"#0.00'%';(#0.00'%)'");
 ENDSTYLE
END

Thanks, Doug, for the suggestion but when I turn on GRMERGE, drilldown capabilities are turned off. Still, a good tip to know.

Thanks, Waz, your suggestion did work for the getting the '%' signs to show on the Y-axis.
