I've never had to deal with the IA piece, but now when we launch our main portal we're getting an error that states we're over our license count for IA. I've searched the forum and the web, but haven't found anything on how to manage the licenses allocated. I'm in the Admin Console and I can see the license numbers, which we're over by 9 but don't see how to edit.
Does anyone know how to de-allocate licenses from certain users or how to clear this licensing error? The exact error says:
"Too many InfoAssist(IA) licenses in use. License Maximum: 20 In Use:29 Over limit by:9"
Thanks in advance! This message has been edited. Last edited by: Tamra,
