I seem to be having issues setting haxis and vaxis as cms don't seem to work is it only pixels: Running the below code doesn't make the HAXIS 400 cm and the VAXIS 200cm.
Any help appreciated.

in the below point it says that SVG is not supported in Internet Explorer 8 which is what we are using so I have an issue with that but I guess that will be solved when our Internet Explorer is upgraded.
[CLOSED] Graph problem: SVG only format that does not display
Any ideas for my being able to size a graph based on cm if I am using IE8.
