Kartik I need to understand your scenario a little better? I'm guessing that an unknown user gets to the sign in page and attempts to sign in and because it is an unknown user you want the page to redirect instead of giving the unable to authenticate message. Sorry Chuck, so basically users who have access get directly to the BIP portal and not get to authentication form. However, people who do not have access get to the authentication form instead. I reached out to product management about this and they asked what are you using for Single Signon AD, SAML CAS? and exactly what page is being display for authentication is it the WebFOCUS signon page or something else. We are using AD and Webfocus signon page is being displayed. I found files related to this page at F:\ibi\WebFOCUS82\config\web_resource\signin I believe this is what needs to be changed to achieve what we want. I will be trying this later today and will update. WebFOCUS 8010,8204 Windows | |||
