We recently installed Dev Studio 7.6.1 on users machine and there is one user that when she tries logging into ReportCaster she gets this error: "ReportCaster user interfaces require JVM 1.4.2 or higher. For Sun Java SDK or JRE, version 1.4.2_06 or higher is required. On Windows machines, you can set browser Java settings using the Java Plug-in option in the Control panel."
Then in the bottom it says "exception: Java.Lang.ClassNotFoundException: javax.swing.JPanel"
She tried setting Java settings in the Plug-in option in the Control Panel and that didn't work. I had her uninstall a couple of previous versions of Java and that didn't work. She has uninstalled Dev Studio and reinstalled it and that didn't work. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks.

I had issues on our 5.3.6 MRE version after installing the version 5 as they call it of Java with the 7.6.1 Dev Studio. After going back and forth on Java versions, I finally gave up and went to Java Version 6. So far it is working.
