We are trying to find a way to put a custom message header on the WORP_Login.jsp page. I am able to put some static html txt but, would like to put a dynamic variable pulled from a table. Its more like "Message of the day" after you login but only dynamic and before login.
Gurus, Please help!!
Thanks in advance !This message has been edited. Last edited by: vaayu,
you go to the Public view on logon? put the custom message there. eg we force all users to the public view, have only 1 launch page/block on that view, and its a power-packed page with custom messages from a database, links to the other views that are revealed based on a user's security (so they don't have to use that ugly view menu)... otherwise, your 'static html' you refer to could contain a redirect to a fex output(where the fex grabs some current message from a file).

Susannah, Its a login page for group view. We'd like to have System Maintenance messages at login. The only place I could see is editing the WORP_Login.jsp to add the txt as html but would like to have it like a &MSG somewhere from a TABLE FILE.
Thanks again!

put a first tab in your group view that first tab is a welcome page its the first tab that the user sees when they go to that group view. it launches a fex that reads some file and produces your warning message forget trying to mess with the worp login page. way too much agita.
