Looking for some presentation ideas/suggestions
I need to create a single graphical report from the totals of 7 reports and I'm looking for some presentation ideas. Here's some of the data.
Report 1, total=51.7%, goal=76.1%
Report 2, total=26.2%, goal=32.0%
Report 3, total=39.0%, goal=80.0%
Report 4, total=99.9%, goal=99.43%
Report 5, total=69.9%, goal=86.7%.

Anyone have a suggestion as to what type of graph would best depict these totals and goals? I was thinking of a stacked bar. For example, in Report 1, the 51.7% would be blue, the 24.4% below the goal would be red and the 23.9% above the goal would be black.

I would use bullet graphs.

Sorry, I guess I should have added this:
Bullet Graphs

After your initial suggest, I found that article, showed to my user and the user likes it. I had seen threads about bullet graphs but have never investigated what they were.

Thanks for the suggestion and the link.
