Anyone have a suggestion as to what type of graph would best depict these totals and goals? I was thinking of a stacked bar. For example, in Report 1, the 51.7% would be blue, the 24.4% below the goal would be red and the 23.9% above the goal would be black. This message has been edited. Last edited by: jgelona,

I would use bullet graphs.

Sorry, I guess I should have added this: Bullet Graphs

After your initial suggest, I found that article, showed to my user and the user likes it. I had seen threads about bullet graphs but have never investigated what they were.
Thanks for the suggestion and the link.
