I am creating the XFOCUS hold file for storing the 500000 number of records from database. and getting the below exception:-

not able to find root cause for it . can someone please help me to understand the root cause.

If you get that in an xml that usually tells the client has an issue... can you get a look at the server logs, that might have more info on where/why the process breaks.

can you please share the standard Server log file location

It's the edaprint.log you can get either off the server console in workspace, or then on disk it'll usually be under ../ibi/srv80/wfs/
