Using 8.1.04 BIP Has anyone seen this error? It is a popup message we receive whenever we login or logout of the Prod portals. We have tried to "Remove customizations"- but that does not seem to help. Also getting a msg at bottom of screen that seems to be related to this issue: "Only secure content is displayed. What's the risk? (button says: Show all content) or you have the option to choose X thank you for your guidance, Kind regards, BThis message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,

Thanks Francis- you are right-we are using IE 11.09600.17905 and I thought that was supported. Tried using compatibility mode but still getting the same error. However, when I used Mozilla Firefox 40.0.3, I do not get the error. Thanks again!

Has anyone managed to get IE to not display 'WebFOCUS was unable to save portal customizations' after a timeout? I confirmed neither Chrome or Firefox do this. We predominantly use Internet Explorer and getting thousands of users to switch to something else isn't going to happen. Our business rules won't allow extending the timeout period.
I know 8.2.04 handles this better. I will use this functionality the instant we upgrade. In the mean time am I stuck trying to hold off the disgruntled masses
