Hi, I have a menu bar on maintain screen. On clicking the MenuItem I want to open a new maintain form in separate window. Is this feature available in maintain? Please advice.
Thanks in advanceThis message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,
Hi Shankar I do not usually recommend using the Menu bar. It's not my favorite control. I find myself creating a string of buttons across the top of my form, or even a row of text to simulate it.
However, to answer your question, after creating the menu items, click on the EVENTS tab for the menu object. You will see a Click event for every menu item that you created. Select the one that you want and set event to:
Winform Show formname
That will do it.
