I am new to Webfocus and I am trying to produce a procedure that will refresh the date contained in the excel template. Please let me know if we can do this with the procedure that has some user input variables.

Refreshing any data in an Excel template should be easy, as it only requires re-running the Excel Template procedure so that it re-writes the data. The following manual may be of interest:
