Greetings,

What would be the best way to append a date and timestamp to an output filename? I have tried a couple of things using a variable at the end of the filename but this just corrupts the output.

I tried something like this:

ON TABLE PCHOLD AS Persistency_By_Product_Type_&TIMESTAMP FORMAT &WFFRMT

Thank you!

I figured this one out. I just created a parameter with -SET and then referenced the parameter here:

ON TABLE PCHOLD AS &FILENAM FORMAT PDF

This is the -SET command:

-SET &FILENAM='Report_AA_' || &YYMD;
