How to show numeric & non-numeric fields shorted by 'Across' fields

I want to display data of type numeric as well as non-numeric, shorted by some 'BY' fields and some 'Across' fields. When I use the key word 'PRINT' it displays some extra rows with blank values under the ACROSS fields. When I use the key word 'SUM', the extra lines are removed but for non-numeric fields only the last value is geting displayed. Please suggest some help.

This is standard functionality for the operations your are using. When you SUM an alpha field, you only get the last value. You may be able to resolve his by adding additional BY fields to get to a more granular level, but then you'll probably get the rows with blank values (since all fields for each row may or may not contain an associated value.) Since WF is doing what it's supposed to, I can't help much except to say there's probably another way to do what you need. Post some additional information, and see what ideas you get.
