Report Caster Error Help PLEASE!

I have a problem with this report. I can run this report as non-scheduled, but when I run this report as scheduled, sometimes it is working properly, but sometimes I get this error:

When I add some people on the distribution list, it always gives this error!!! But when I keep the distribution list small, it's working successfully (not always, but usually). Please help!

I doubt it is a distribution list thing. We just had two such in our 5.3.6 envrionment this weekend. And we've never determined why the error. Usually there is a crashed agent hanging out in space, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason. We had had any in months then all of a sudden two weeks in a row.

I empathize with you, but I don't know if there has been any real resolution. Any one else out there have better response?

For issues like this, I'd suggest opening a case with tech support. They can do a remote session, which might be the fastest way to try and pinpoint exactly what is going on. Good luck.

I agree with codermonkey, open a case. Your distribution list should have no effect on this because you are not getting the report. I think this is a connection issue, but not necessarily security. Is it possible that there are database backups or updates going on at the time you have the report scheduled?
