Although I get " file encrypted" message , the actual file was not encrypted (opened with notepad), 8105 server:

1. In the master file add the
END
DBA=ABC,$

2. From the WFRS console issue
SET PASS=ABC
ENCRYPT FILE MASTER_NAME ACCESS
