I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do but you can use cookies to pass values between pages or you can parse the URL parameters. It might help if I knew exactly what you were trying to do...
Another approach would be to make your second page a fex with an htmlform in it and pass the amper variables from the first page into the "VALUE" property of a hidden input field in the -HTMLFORM. See sudo code below.
