I have programs that run to Power Point. They are not recognized. They use to run fine before. I have Webfocus version 7.7.3 and Microsoft Office 2010 Power Point.
What do I have to do to get these programs to run and open in Power Point?
I believe you , or your WebFOCUS admin, would need to make an entry within the following file on the WebFOCUS server. it can be found here "drive:\ibi\WebFOCUS77\client\wfc\etc\MINE.wfs". I believe the entry should look like this:
WF_Extension content_type format redirect WFRS_Catalog Save_Report Client_Extension .ppt application/vnd.ms-powerpoint ascii no N/A no .pht
