[SOLVED]& in column title

Is there any way to put the & in a column title using "AS"?

Is it bad that I've never heard of a Pamplemousse? I guess I've heard of a grapefruit. Just never heard the french variation on the same...lol

I just assumed it was "Orangutan/Purple Mouse" or "Orangutan/Purple Moose". I figured it was a Canadian thing.
