I hope someone can help me to figure this out.
I am trying to understand how to access to a file (hmtl, image file, css file, etc.) in a MRE folder from an HTML page within the same folder.

I am getting error such as:

HTTP Status 404 - /ibi_apps/jquery.js

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

type Status report

message /ibi_apps/jquery.js

description The requested resource (/ibi_apps/jquery.js) is not available.
