Anyone ever have this problem, if so what did you do to fix it?
We rebooted one of our production servers and when it came back up we were unable to link to any of our Apps via Web Link. The error we are getting in the log is SEVERE: Error deploying configuration descriptor approot.xml.
According to our logs the server was reset on the 6th and was working fine until we rebooted on the 21st.
These two servers are load balanced so what we do on one shows up on the other.
We took 171 down and we were able to access our reports on 170, we took 170 down and brought 171 back up and we were able to access our reports, we brought 170 back up and we are up and running on both servers.
Still looking for root cause but we are up and running....
