Field VOL is D8.1 then I need to show it as D8 when SRSD10_MANUFACTURER_N NE 'PARTICIPACION %'

Is it possible?

One way to change the display format of the COMPUTE field is to set it to A and manipulate the way you want to show it in whatever way you want. Here's a simple example where I pick the format of the calculation based on the value in COUNTRY:

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM RCOST DCOST
COMPUTE DIFF/A15=IF COUNTRY EQ 'ENGLAND' THEN FTOA(RCOST-DCOST, '(D12.2M)', 'A15') ELSE FTOA(RCOST-DCOST, '(D12)', 'A15');
BY COUNTRY
END
