What version of WF are you running...If 7.1.x or greater using the MR Realm Driver (RDBMS or External Repository), you should NEVER run the verification utility once you have enabled the MR Realm Driver. Verification will cause the repository to become unsynched with basedir. Only run verification utility using the Default Driver immediately after an install and prior to enabling the MR Realm Driver and make sure anyone with access to the Admin console knows NEVER to run verification with MR Realm Driver enabled. Sorry if this sounds redundant, but it is critical...
Many things can cause the message you are receiving, I suggest calling tech support for assistance.
Hope this helps,
Kevin

Just in case you have corrupted the configuration by running verification with MR Realm...here is what we had to do to recover... DO NOT run the WebFOCUS client verification tool after the MR Realm Driver has been loaded and external directories are configured for MRE. This can corrupt the installation. If this becomes corrupted, you will have to drop and recreate the MR Repos tables in your repository and delete the verdomai directory and verdomai.htm file from the basedir directory on the client (...ibi\webfocus71\basedir). You will also have to edit the mrrepos.htm file in the basedir directory and remove all lines that refer to verdomai.
This process worked for us, and I cannot be sure it will work elsewhere.

Has this issue been resolved on your side? Did Kevin's suggestions help you?
One of the suggestions to you would be to review the installation and configuration manual and follow the chapters on Troubleshooting. Not sure which release and what platform you are on, but here is for WebFOCUS 713 on Windows:
