HTTP 500 error

Does anyone experienced the HTTP 500 error after the WF 762 upgrade when creating a new user through MRE dashboard?

This is the message I'm getting: An HTTP 500 error has been returned when attempting to communicate with the WebFOCUS web components. The application server log contains information on why this error has occurred. Contact your WebFOCUS Administrator or Information Builders Customer Support Services for further assistance.

Anyone has any idea?

Hi Shirley,

This error can be caused for many reasons. Can you give more details about your configuration? Webserver/App Server? Security? Server environment (Win/Unix version?)

Do you mean creating users through MR Admin console?
