We have used Match/Join after getting data from two different cubes. Is there any limitation of using MATCH/Join? If yes, can please let us know all pros and cons of using match/join?

first, you need to go to the ibi documentation site and search for articles on match and join. there's a ton of doc. on the subject, specifically comparing the two. Look for articles in the wfnewsletter or in TABLE FILE CAR, the journal. For a set of, say, 2 files: Join glues together the two files side by side virtually, Match creates a physical merger of the pair; Join is instantaneous, Match takes some processing time; Join requires key fields, Match just requires some common fields; They aren't fungible, and which to use depends on your situation. but you need to read the doc.
