What is a common font and size people use for a WebFOCUS report in HTML or PDF report?

Almost always Arial and size depends on the report requirements.

We use Arial as well, although it's not a particularly good screen font. For example, is this '0' a zero or a capital o? Is this 'l' a lower-case el or an upper-case i?

It sort of depends on what the end user wants. My current client is a great fan of Verdana 10 pt.

ya gotta use one that is common to all desktop installs, and Arial just seems to flat work!
if you use a funky one, that only you have, then its probably gonna appear as Times New Roman, which is typically the default font for a browser. At Elie Tahari, we used Helvetica 35 Thin, which is gorgeous, inside the company, and looked like he** outside.
