How can I suppress the plus sign if the fields in a Accordion Report are empty?

Just as an example, in the following Code is TEMP1 and TEMP2 allways empty, so it would be nice that the plus sign in front of These 2 TEMP-Fileds would not appear or is not clickable.

Is this in some Way possible?
Maybe in Styleshett?

DEFINE FILE CAR
TEMP1/A1='';
TEMP2/A1='';
END

TABLE FILE CAR
-*SUM BHP
BY COUNTRY
BY CAR
BY MODEL

I suggest you do not use TEMP1 as a BY field but use it as SUM field, if possible?

Please let me a Little precise, if TEMP1 is empty, then I want no + sign, but if filled it must have an + sign:
