Not sure if this has anything to do with WebFOCUS. It sounds like you either have your url in the href attribute of your anchor tag coded mistyped, or it could be that the page doesn't actually exist at the location that you have specified.
Hi : I'm a new member. I have been designing on html with frames.
well just a tip. First you need to create a html file and divide the page into 2 halfs. Pull up the frame component and drag it to the other half of the page and it will create a identifier name iframe1.
When you create a hyperlink make sure you select the options as Action: HTML file,select url of the html file you want to call, select Target as Frame option and select the Target Name: iframe1. You should be able to call your html file.
