We use Microsoft Active Directory authentication and, in theory, we don't have to login to the reporting server, web server or MRE. Very often, something flaky occurs in Dev Studio when I attempt to open MRE in the Explorer. I get prompted for my user ID and Password. Entering an invalid or correct ID/password makes no difference - I get an invalid login message. Rebooting the PC makes no difference. If I take a walk for an hour and return to my PC, I miraculously can get in. Is there something definitive I can do about this? This does not seem to be happening to other developers on the same network. It doesn't seem to affect the Data Servers and Web Applications areas.

The next time that this occurs, please turn on WFServlet and MRRealm traces in the WebFOCUS Administration Console. Walk through the steps to log in again and then take your walk. Once you've been able to log in, please turn off the traces and open a case on InfoResponse Online and then upload the trace files.
